Updates

We have seen God's hand move in miraculous ways.  The Gospel is being preached in Cuba everyday by some dedicated man.  It is a necessity we pray for them as they labor in such rapidly deteriorating conditions.  We have finished our latest updates and have prepared to mail them out this week.  We have also completed our latest DVD update and this will be at your door within the next two weeks.  We Praise God for what HE has done and I do not want to spoil it for you so I will let the DVD and mail out do the talking for us.  Brother Bruce Martin will be heading to Cuba in two weeks, his trip is planned to last 10 days and we seek your dedicated intercession for him as he travels.  Some of these travels will allow us to get a definite assessment as to the printing and updates on how much has been completed.  Although we know numbers, we do not know the complete results of the printings.  Please pray!

Information

There is an organization I have mentioned in the past called Non-Aligned Movement or NAM.  This is a parody to the United Nations, but some of their main goals are to combat the ideals of democracy and America values in general.  I mention this again because of the very real threat they pose to the Gospel, World-wide.  Fidel Castro, is of course a main front runner of this endeavor, or has been until his recent illness.  This Alignment of Nations against Freedom, is a potential if not present assault on the Gospel.  This last week the country of Columbia voted a new party backed by the money of the communist leader Hugo Chavez.

This may spell some more hostility in the region and therefore slow the Gospel's voice.  But we intend to pray the opposite and ask you to pray with us concerning this.  One of the missionaries in Colombia now is a dear friend and ally with us in our commitment.  Please pray for he and his family during these possible transitions.  We need his help in our commitment and ask that you uplift him this week.  I will be traveling next week completing our literature preparation of our Commitment.  All containers will be loaded, moved and ready for the open door we are all praying for.  There will be several trips up and down the road moving containers and even more phone calls dedicated to finalizing our shipment to Panama.

Intercession

Again, it is our most powerful weapon in spiritual warfare in respect to us here at home…. Intercession!  Many have asked for information regarding how to intercede.  Please look to the link at left and follow it for more information.  It is also our burden to raise up interceders here in America.  Will you commit to such a task?

Please pray for Brother Bruce Martin as he makes plans now to re-enter the island and take on the task of continued Discipleship with the men of Cuba.  Please pray as he sets dates for even more travels this next year.  Pray for open doors to the country like never before.

Please pray for wisdom as we all pray and seek God's will as to how we respond to this league of Non-Aligned Nations.  May God use us to intercede long enough for the Gospel to have freedom even longer in this region of the World.

Please pray for Metropolitan and our endeavors that God would grant us wisdom and make us wise as serpents and harmless as doves.  Please pray for our mail outs that they will deliver the power of God to the hearer and the vision from God HE has granted us.

Please pray for the Colombian missionary and his family as they begin adjusting to the political climate and if God would have him help us more in our commitment as well.
