I'm sure you have already heard, but please take some time and see the details of this article. Basically President Obama set a new standard for the Office of Foreign Assets Controls (OFAC) - "unlimited" funds to Cuba, also lifting the restrictions on what can be mailed. Details as to how this may affect Cuba, and our Commitment will go out in an email tomorrow.
