Cuba Commitment

Updates
Praise the Lord! The container bound for Dominican Republic left Friday morning and God has seen fit to bring more blessings to us even this week.  We tried Friday to pay for the fuel in the truck hauling our container, the driver explained that multiple people are giving for the truck fuel, food for drivers, and for any incidental the trip may incur...Wow, Praise God! Is all we could say!  As our brother hooked up his truck to the trailer, we noticed the tires were flattened on the sitting trailer.  When the tire service company arrived we offered to pay for the service call.  The service man then replied that the “boss” had given orders to let us have the service for free.  God is in this!  You will not want to miss out in praying for these containers, God has done nothing but bless.  It is because of prayer we have seen these blessings…don’t miss out on another blessing.  Container number two bound for Cuba via Honduras is leaving this week.  We have now sent two containers out of Fort Worth for eventual embarking in Cuba .  Our Brother is still in Cuba teaching and setting up more ministries there.  His work is not finished and his family would love it if you prayed for him today, please pray.  Answers to prayer are overflowing right now…here are some more.  A Pastor has donated his entire print shop this last week for our use in Cuba Commitment, a prayer that was requested three years ago, still being answered.  A Pastor in South Texas called this week and volunteered to print at least 100,000 more correspondence response cards, a letter was sent out after much prayer, being answered.  Thank you for praying.

Information
There are too many developments right now in the political arena of the US and Cuba to summarize here.  If you would like to learn more of the details in the political and people climates, please write me and I will point you in the right directions.  We need to pass on another piece of information.  The Treasury Dept. has phoned me and informed me that we will be receiving our new License to enter Cuba .  This is a very strategic answer to prayer.  Much time has been spent on knees before God seeking more ways in which we can enter Cuba , seeing our previous license was suspended.  While on the phone I asked several more pertinent questions concerning our NGO and other accesses to Cuba .  The man to whom I spoke with was very helpful we now have a better game plan for multiple strike options for getting the Word to the Cubans.

Prayer Requests
Pray for both containers to arrive at their destination with no harm and no fees…yes I’m serious!  Please also continue to pray for our brother in Cuba .  Pray for wisdom as we decide our immediate steps.  Continue to pray concerning the changes in US and Cuban governments.  Do not forget to pray for the Cuban men to whom our Brother is meeting with this week pray for protection and guidance of the Holy Spirit, may some of them be more key men for Cuba
